enlightened emporium

The enlightened emporium was born after taking a spiritual retreat to Kathmandu. As an experienced yoga instructor, I came to Nepal seeking meditation and mindfulness to deepen my practice. I discovered a sense of connection to something bigger than myself. I am now sharing this experience with others through our retreats. Nepal is such a magical place. I visited the little shops along sacred paths. I fell in love with the people, many of whom are refugees from Tibet. To help support them, I began buying their handmade goods. I've built relationships with local artists. I feel honored that I can share some of their art with you and build an online community that supports Himalayan artisans. I have personally selected beautiful handmade malas (meditation necklaces) and bracelets, along with prayer flags and the incredibly fragrant incense used in their temples. My hope is that you will find something here that brings you joy and peace.
